Accept the pre-approved credit limit increase displayed to you on the landing page by clicking the button to accept the new limit; and 2. Click to activate the Offer where designated; and 3. Use your Brex card for card spend with qualifying New Merchants (described below) during the sixty (60) day earning period counted from the date you activate this Offer (“Earning Period”). Offer is only open to current Brex customers that receive a Credit Limit Increase and New Merchant Spend Offer email (“Offer Email”). “You,” and “your” refer to the business participating in or seeking to participate in this Offer. Accepting the credit limit increase is voluntary. All credit limit increases under this Offer are subject to the terms of your [Brex Card Program Terms](https://www.brex.com/legal/card) and all applicable Terms, and may be adjusted, reduced, or revoked in the ordinary course of ongoing credit management, consistent with the Terms and applicable law. If you decline your pre-approved credit limit increase, your existing credit limit and account standing are unchanged; you simply will not participate in this Offer or earn the bonus Points. Declining your pre-approved credit limit increase has no other effect on your account. If you accept the pre-approved credit limit, your credit limit increase will go into effect on your account within 24 hours and will remain in effect until such time as your limit may change in the ordinary course of ongoing credit management, consistent with the Terms and applicable law. If you accept the pre-approved credit limit, the new limit will also attach independently, and regardless of whether you activate this Offer by clicking where designated, or earn or receive any bonus Points under this Offer by making any Qualifying New Merchant Spend (described below). If you accept the credit limit increase and activate this Offer by clicking where designated, you are eligible to earn bonus Points on Qualifying New Merchant Spend during the sixty (60) day-period counted from the date you activate this Offer. “Qualifying New Merchant Spend” is net cleared transactions of Brex card spend with merchants or vendors that you did not pay via Brex cards in both July, 2026 and August, 2026 (“New Merchants”), and excludes transactions processed through Plastiq as well as certain transactions that do not earn rewards as outlined in our [Rewards Terms](https://www.brex.com/legal/rewards) and will be determined in Brex’s sole discretion. Bonus Points earned will be calculated based on the net cleared transaction amounts of Qualifying New Merchant Spend during the Earning Period, (up to a capped maximum of 60,000 bonus Points): Qualifying New Merchant Spend of $5,000-$9,999 = Earn 2,000 bonus Points Qualifying New Merchant Spend of $10,000-$24,999 = Earn 4,000 bonus Points Qualifying New Merchant Spend of $25,000-$49,999 = Earn 10,000 bonus Points Qualifying New Merchant Spend of $50,000-$99,999 = Earn 30,000 bonus Points Qualifying New Merchant Spend of $100,000 or more = Earn 60,000 bonus Points Your total Qualifying New Merchant Spend across all New Merchants during the Earning Period will be measured at the end of the Earning Period to determine the bonus Points tier applicable to you. No bonus Points are earned below $5,000 of Qualifying New Merchant Spend for the Earning Period. Bonus Points earned in the Earning Period will be granted in bulk by December 31, 2026. All bonus Points earned through this Offer are in addition to any Points accrued under your current rewards structure with Brex. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional or rewards offer.
