You will participate in this credit limit increase offer ("Credit Limit Increase Offer" or "Offer"), made available by Brex LLC ("Brex," "we," "us," or "our"), if you accept the pre-approved credit limit increase displayed to you on the landing page by clicking the button to accept the new limit no later than September 30, 2026.

Offer is only open to current Brex customers that receive a Credit Limit Increase Offer email ("Offer Email"). "You," and "your" refer to the business participating in or seeking to participate in this Offer. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms, by the [Brex Card Program Terms](https://www.brex.com/legal/card), and by any other Brex agreements and terms applicable to you (collectively, the “Terms”); see [brex.com/legal](https://www.brex.com/legal/platform-agreement) for more information.

You must accept the pre-approved credit limit increase no later than September 30, 2026. If you do not accept by that date, the Offer will expire and the pre-approved credit limit increase will no longer be available to you under this Offer; your existing credit limit and account standing will remain unchanged.

Accepting the credit limit increase is voluntary. If you decline your pre-approved credit limit increase, your existing credit limit and account standing are unchanged; you simply will not participate in this Offer. Declining your pre-approved credit limit increase has no other effect on your account. If you accept the pre-approved credit limit, your credit limit increase will go into effect on your account within 24 hours. All credit limit increases under this Offer will remain in effect until such time as your limit may change (e.g., may be adjusted, reduced, or revoked) in the ordinary course of ongoing credit management, consistent with the [Brex Card Program Terms](https://www.brex.com/legal/card), all Terms and applicable law.

Your Brex Account must remain in good standing and not be in violation of any applicable Brex Terms at any time through the date the credit limit increase takes effect. As sole sponsor and administrator of this Offer, Brex reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Offer or terminate any customer's eligibility at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in this Offer in the event of fraud, abuse of the program, or violation of these Terms or any other terms that may apply to you as determined in our reasonable discretion. We reserve the right to delay or not enforce any of our rights without waiving or losing our right to enforce them later.
