To be eligible, the individual submitting the entry (“you”) must be 18 or older at the time of drawing and authorized to submit the entry on behalf of the business (the “Entrant”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase from Brex will not increase the odds of winning. Commenting on both X and IG will increase the odds of you winning. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Brex LLC (“Brex”), with a business address of 650 S 500 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, and employees of Brex are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island are not eligible to enter or win. **How to Enter** To enter on behalf of Entrant, you must comment “Fuel” on Brex’s specific Sweepstakes posts on X and/or Instagram on October 1, 2026, anytime from 12:00 AM PT to October 1 at 11:59 PM PT. Each Entrant may be entered only once per platform and is only eligible to win once. Only one La Marzocco GS3 and La Marzocco Jay Grinder (together, the “Prize”) will be given away to the winner. **Entry Content Restrictions** Entries must not: - Disparage Brex or any other person or entity; - Include personally identifiable, sensitive or confidential information; - Contain, facilitate, reference, or use material that is dangerous, fraudulent, inappropriate, indecent, lewd, pornographic, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous; - Contain or reference prohibited content which shall include, but not be limited to, any reference to: gambling; use of firearms; illegal drugs; pornography, nudity, profanity or other adult content; violence; any mistreatment in any way of animals; terrorism or terrorist acts, or the taking up of arms against any person, government or entity; - Contain any viruses, spyware, malware, or other malicious or harmful components; - Contain, facilitate, reference, or use material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, political orientation, citizenship, ancestry, marital status, or age; and/or - Promote any unlawful, illegal, unsafe, dangerous or reckless behavior. NOTE: If any entry fails to comply with any of these requirements, Brex reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entries from the Entrant. **General Conditions (Agreement to Terms)** By submitting an entry as described in these terms, Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as applicable, and the decisions of Brex as sponsor of the Sweepstakes, which is final and binding in all respects. Brex reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms or any of Brex’s terms found at [Brex.com/legal](https://www.brex.com/legal/platform-agreement). **Prize Details** With an eligible entry, Entrant will be entered to win the Prize with a total combined approximate retail value of $8,400 and consisting of: One (1) La Marzocco GS3 Espresso Machine; and
 One (1) La Marzocco Jay Grinder **Winner Selection & Notification** Brex will select one (1) winner at random from among all eligible entries received across Instagram and X on October 2, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. PT. Winners will be chosen at random, and will be notified by a DM via the social account or accounts they commented from. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by all entrants. **Prize Claim Conditions** No transfer/assignment of the Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted and shall not be honored. If the winner does not claim its Prize within 10 days after notification, the Prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected. Any and all related federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. If requested, the winner must provide Brex, its parent or affiliates, with information needed to issue the winner a 1099-MISC, including but not limited to a completed IRS Form W-9. **Release of Liability & Disputes** Brex will not be responsible for any loss of any kind arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes. ON YOUR BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF ENTRANT, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS BREX AND ITS PARENT AND AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE Sweepstakes. In the event of any dispute arising out of this Sweepstakes, you and Entrant also agree: (i) to waive any claims for punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages; and (ii) that the dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class or mass action. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X (formerly Twitter), Meta/Instagram, or La Marzocco. Entrants release these parties from any liability related to the Sweepstakes. **Publicity Rights, Privacy & Miscellaneous** Except where prohibited by law, accepting the Prize grants Brex a perpetual worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name and Entrant’s name and the winning entry without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion, and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world. All information provided to Brex pursuant to this Sweepstakes is subject to Brex’s [Privacy Policy](https://www.brex.com/legal/privacy). Brex reserves the right to discontinue or change this Sweepstakes if required by law.
