Brex Referral Program - Limited Time Points Offer

Limited Time Referral Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)

When you (the “Referring Customer”), (1) refer a new Brex customer (the “Referred Customer”) using your personal referral link to apply to Brex, (2) the Referred Customer is approved for a Brex Account, and (3) spends an amount outlined below on their new Brex Card(s) in the first 90 days following their Brex account opening (“Earning Period”), you will earn the equivalent number of points as follows:

Earn 25,000 points when they have $15,000 of qualifying spend in the Earning Period; or

Earn 90,000 points when they have $50,000 of qualifying spend in the Earning Period.

Referred Customers must apply for Brex using your personal referral link for this offer (the “Referral Offer”) to apply. By participating in this Referral Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as the Brex Rewards Terms. Points earned from this Referral Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional bonus points offer and will be granted in bulk typically within 30 days of the end of the Earning Period. Qualifying spend includes purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits, and does not include fees, fines, purchases of prepaid cards, gift cards or other cash equivalents, person-to-person payments, or cash withdrawals. Certain transactions do not earn rewards as outlined in our Rewards Terms and will be determined in Brex’s sole discretion.

Additionally, (1) if the Referred Customer uses your personal referral link to apply to Brex, (2) the Referred Customer is approved for a Brex Account, and (3) then opens and actively uses a Brex business account by making two successful payroll transactions and two ACH payments within the first three months of opening their Brex Account, then both the Referring Customer and the Referred Customer will each receive a $500 gift card of their choosing. Up to two (2) gift cards per person total.

Brex has strict criteria for approving and underwriting its customers and use of the Brex Services, and Brex may reject any customer, restrict access to Brex Services or close any customer's Brex Account in its sole discretion. See the Brex Platform Agreement and Rewards Terms for more information. Rewards may be taxable in accordance with IRS regulations.

In order to receive points, your Brex Account must remain in good standing and not be in violation of any applicable Brex terms of service at any time during the Earning Period. As sole sponsor and administrator of this Referral Offer, Brex reserves the right to cancel or modify these Terms or terminate any customer’s eligibility at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in this Referral Offer in the event of fraud, abuse of the program, or violation of these Terms or any other terms that may apply to you as determined in our discretion. Such termination may result in forfeiture of any accumulated points. Account closure or suspension may result in the loss of any points that haven’t been applied to your account yet. We reserve the right to delay or not enforce any of our rights without waiving or losing our right to enforce them later.
