You will participate in this Brex Business Account Activation Offer (“BBA Activation Offer” or “Offer”) by being a new or existing Brex customer, successfully opening a Brex Business Account (“BBA”) and spending at least $3,000 USD in qualifying spend on your Brex Card in the first 90 days (described below). This BBA Activation Offer is only open to new or existing eligible Brex Card(s) customers who activate a BBA and cannot be combined with any other promotional bonus points offer. By participating in this BBA Activation Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms as well as the [Brex Rewards Terms, and all](https://www.brex.com/legal/rewards) applicable terms available at [brex.com/legal,](https://www.brex.com/legal/platform-agreement) including the [Brex Business Account Agreement](https://www.brex.com/legal/product-terms/treasury/agreement).

Points earned will be calculated based on (i) the net cleared transaction amounts spent using Brex Card(s) during the Earning Period (defined below) and as measured at the end of the Earning Period. All points earned through the BBA Activation Offer are in addition to points accrued under your current card rewards structure with Brex but cannot be combined with any other promotional bonus points offer. The “Earning Period” is the 90-day period immediately following your BBA activation date. To receive the BBA Activation Offer points, you must apply and successfully open a BBA and satisfy the following:

Earn 10,000 points when you activate a BBA and have at least $3,000 of qualifying spend on your Brex Card(s) at the end of the Earning Period.



Points will be granted in bulk typically within 30 days of the end of the Earning Period when the above-described conditions are satisfied. You will receive notification of your bonus point grant via email or through your Brex account dashboard.

Qualifying spend includes purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits, and does not include fees, fines, purchases of prepaid cards, gift cards or other cash equivalents, person-to-person payments, or cash withdrawals. Qualifying spend is measured by your outstanding card balance at the end of the Earning Period. Certain transactions do not earn rewards as outlined in our [Rewards Terms](https://www.brex.com/legal/rewards) and will be determined in Brex’s sole discretion.

Offer not available to existing BBA customers. Qualifying for a Brex Account or BBA is not guaranteed. Opening a BBA in connection with this Offer is subject to the [Brex Business Account Agreement](https://www.brex.com/legal/product-terms/treasury/agreement) and all applicable account terms. In order to receive bonus points, both your Brex Account and your BBA must remain in good standing and not be in violation of any applicable [Brex terms of service](https://www.brex.com/legal/platform-agreement) at any time during the Earning Period. As sole sponsor and administrator of this Offer, Brex reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Offer or terminate any customer’s eligibility at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in this Offer in the event of fraud, abuse of the program, or violation of these Terms or any other terms that may apply to you as determined in our discretion. Such termination may result in forfeiture of any accumulated bonus points. Account closure or suspension may result in the loss of any bonuses that haven’t been applied to your account yet. We reserved the right to delay or not enforce any of our rights without waiving or losing our right to enforce them later.
