Account sign up offer terms and conditions (July 2026)

You will participate in this Brex Account Sign-Up Offer (âSign-Up Offerâ or âOfferâ) and be eligible to receive a $500 gift card by: (1) signing up and submitting an application for a new Brex customer account by July 31, 2026, and (2) being approved for your new account and each respective product you applied for, Brex card and/or Brex business account, as applicable, and (3) activating your new account and products within 30 days of approval by spending on your Brex card and/or depositing funds to your Brex business account and receive an account statement, as applicable. If you sign up for both Brex card and Brex business account, you must activate both products as described above. Additionally, if you apply for and activate your Brex card, you must make a successful payment of any amount on your outstanding card balance that clears before October 15, 2026. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms as well as the Brex Rewards Terms, and all applicable terms available at brex.com/legal, including the Brex Business Account Agreement, as applicable. This Offer is only open to new and eligible Brex customers and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Individuals opening an account on behalf of a business represent and warrant that they are authorized to bind the business to these terms and that acceptance of this Offer does not violate their employerâs gift, ethics, conflicts of interest, or other policies.

If eligible, the gift card will generally be issued by October 15, 2026 after approval and provided all conditions are satisfied. Gift cards are issued by a third-party provider and are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider, including any expiration dates, fees, and redemption restrictions. Brex does not guarantee a specific issuance date and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party gift card providers. You will receive notification of your gift card award via email or through your Brex account dashboard. Brex is not responsible for the value, usability, or redemption of any third-party gift card after issuance. The value of the gift card may constitute taxable income to the recipient under applicable federal, state, and local tax law. Recipients are solely responsible for any and all tax obligations arising from receipt of the gift card. Brex recommends that recipients consult their own tax advisors regarding the tax treatment of this Offer. Gift cards awarded under this Offer are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except as required by applicable law. The gift card has no cash surrender value.
Offer not available to existing Brex customers. Qualifying for a Brex account, products and services is not guaranteed. Opening a Brex business account in connection with this Offer is subject to the Brex Business Account Agreement and all applicable account terms. In order to be eligible to receive the gift card, your Brex account must remain in good standing and not be in violation of any applicable Brex terms of service at any time. As sole sponsor and administrator of this Offer, Brex reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Offer or terminate any customerâs eligibility at any time and without prior notice, provided that such cancellation or modification shall not affect gift cards already issued. We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in this Offer in the event of fraud, abuse of the program, or violation of these terms or any other terms that may apply to you as determined in our reasonable discretion. Account closure or suspension may result in the loss of any gift cards that havenât been awarded yet. We reserve the right to delay or not enforce any of our rights without waiving or losing our right to enforce them later.
