GTM at Brex

The Sales team is the driving factor behind revenue for Brex. Every member of our team directly affects our bottom line. We focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building even stronger relationships with our current customers. What you’ll do

This is a unique opportunity to fuel Brex Sales and Marketing goals by reimagining how our GTM (Go-To-Market) systems are implemented and configured to best scale our cross-channel customer acquisition efforts and accelerate growth.

You will partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to build the most effective GTM platform/tooling in the world, addressing the complex needs of our growing organization, including infrastructure for sales through demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention. You will be the main owner of our system design as it informs how people and processes are coordinated in unison through automation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and iteratively improve lead routing infrastructure to support scaling demand generation programs that feed Sales, Channel Sales, BD, and Marketing efforts 
  • Design and implement the future-state architecture for GTM systems/tools/data sources to support scaling multi-channel acquisition
  • Clarify, capture, and optimize requirements for building ingestion mechanisms (e.g., through code, or automated workflows) across new B2B data sources into our CRM for driving lead generation, Sales outreach, and Marketing programs
  • Problem-solving big picture solutions and near-term fixes for pain points associated with Commercial Org’s platforms and flows, investigating and addressing root causes
  • Communicate and coordinate status updates, launch confirmations, ETAs, blockers, and campaign results
  • Lead retrospectives and feedback sessions to drive iterative improvement of processes and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in a Technical Marketing/CRM Operations role
  • High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly ramp up on internal nuances related to people, processes, and technology

Bonus points

  • Designing and executing demand generation/lead generation systems and flows in B2B SaaS environments
  • Salesforce experience, specifically uploading or augmenting existing records with new values and managing complex integrations like Outreach, LeanData, and Marketo
  • Familiarity with basic scripting languages and concepts (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
  • Working familiarity with HTML/CSS
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams across the globe and within your region
  • Critical thinker with creative solutions to solve challenges and meet business requirements
