Sales at Brex

What you’ll do

You’ll be the first member of the Relationship Management team focused on upselling a new debt-product that will be launched in 2021. You will work closely with our most strategic VC-backed customers and ensure they are ramped into their Brex Card and Brex Cash products. You will also be the liaison between customer-facing teams and our product/finance team for this new debt product.

Responsibilities

  • Drive completion of customer ramp activities (e.g: deposits and spend migration, integration setup, card distribution, Spend Management software setup, etc.) 
  • Provide ongoing high-touch service to our most strategic VC-backed customers (Seed / Series A / Series B / Series C)
  • Address customer escalations and proactively monitor adverse customer events 
  • Upsell products (banking, spend management software, debt products)
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product/Data/Finance on new product launches & upsell/go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of RM/Sales experience at a top (tech-focused) bank or SaaS company
  • Track record of winning competitive debt deals
  • Experience working with C-level executives and Founders of top-tier Tech companies (Seed to Series A/B/C)
