What you’ll do

You will manage high volumes of inbound applications and surface qualified candidates to hire. This involves researching and understanding several profiles at any given time and providing the best experience for candidate engagement. Most importantly, you will partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers to build diverse, world class teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of inbound applications efficiently
  • Support and manage multiple requisitions at any given time
  • Partner with Sourcers/Recruiters for applicant screening and evaluation
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and impression of Brex through first engagements

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree or 2 years relevant experience 
  • Strong customer service, sales or recruiting experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication 

Bonus points

  • Engineering sourcing experience
  • Technical knowledge (coding languages, web development skills)
  • Prior internship or startup experience
