What you’ll do
You will work as part of our Talent & Organization Development Team to assess the learning & development needs of our diverse and ambitious employee population. You will support the design, deployment, management, and iteration of an industry-leading talent roadmap, ranging from a remote-first onboarding experience, top-tier leadership development programs, to highly autonomous group and 1:1 mentoring programs.  

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of our end-to-end new employee onboarding experience, including program curriculum, facilitator identification, and new hire resources.  
  • Own and manage the end-to-end communications, scheduling, and coordination of new employee onboarding.
  • Design, manage, and own end-to-end learning delivery strategy for multiple, concurrent talent and development programs across the organization.
  • Design dynamic virtual learning experiences for both new and existing learning programs.
  • Support the facilitation of a variety of virtual learning experiences across the organization.
  • Measure and analyze learning program effectiveness, make recommendations for improvements, and support the iteration of future program designs.
  • Own and manage People Central (intranet), including content updates and UX redesign.
  • Support the management of learning-related data to ensure integrity and compliance.
  • Provide support to our Talent & Org Development (T&OD) and People Operations teams as required by the business.

Requirements

  • 4+ years professional L&D experience in a high growth tech company and/or consulting role.
  • 3+ years project management experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams. 
  • Hands-on experience designing and leading international, virtual onboarding programs.
  • Significant public speaking experience, facilitating large meetings and/or learning experiences in a virtual environment.
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage ambiguity and create processes and clarity.
  • Adaptability and ability to build trust-based relationships with a variety of stakeholders and deliver value across the business.

Bonus Points

  • Previous management consulting experience across a variety of industries and clients.
