Operations at Brex

The Operations team is the bridge between our product and our customers. Our priority is to keep our customers happy and their businesses protected, while delivering vital information back to our internal teams. We are responsible for underwriting all of our customers, while simultaneously managing Brex’s risk exposures. We work cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Data, and Engineering to allow Brex to scale efficiently, keeping quality top of mind.

What you’ll do

The Quality Control Operations Manager will be responsible for building up the RCSA function within Operations. You’ll work closely with Operations leaders as well as key cross-functional partners  to create strong quality assurance processes, goals, and tracking to ensure our teams continue to produce great work as we scale. 

Responsibilities

  • Scaling our existing Quality Assurance (QA) programs to be robust and complete across Operations and Customer Experience teams
  • Working with Engineering partners to create the proper tooling and tracking for our QA processes
  • Building the framework to ensure our documentation is uniform and up to date across Operations and Customer Experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • BA or equivalent 
  • History of running RCSA or a similar function at scale 
  • Finance or FinTech experience
  • Experience in Excel or GSuite products

Bonus points

  • Experience with data tools such as Looker or Tableau
