Operations at Brex

The Operations Team at Brex is adamantly focused on building talent from within Brex. We believe strongly in bringing in young talent to grow and promote not only to Operations teams, but to all teams across Brex. The Operations Talent team is focused on building and continuing to improve our Operations Rotational Analyst program, including establishing strong University relationships and developing ongoing programming and career development for the program. 

 

What You’ll Do

 In this role, you will own all facets of the Operations Rotational Program. You’ll partner closely with recruiting to build a strong pipeline of analyst talent. You’ll find creative ways to build Brex’s brand awareness with entry level talent across the country. As the program grows, you will create an engaging 18-month experience that helps Brex grow our talent from within.  You’ll work hand-in- hand with Operations Management to ensure the program results in well-trained and experienced Analysts who would be great additions to all Operations teams. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key Universities for the Rotational Program
  • Own structure and development of the Rotational Program
  • Manage the career development of Operational Analysts as a consistent point of contact as they rotate through different segments of the Operations organization
  • Explore incremental opportunities for entry-level talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Experience working on a Rotational or similar entry-level talent program
  • Experience managing University partners and running program marketing efforts including information sessions, creative flyer or other marketing material development
  • A passion for talent development 
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • BS or BA degree

Bonus Points

  • Startup experience
  • History of building entry-level programs from scratch
