Marketing at Brex

The Marketing team tells the Brex story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, PMM, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

 

What you’ll do

The Senior Manager, Marketing Production is responsible for the scaling, managing and producing of our go-to-market process. You will collaborate with internal partners, and external agencies, vendors and freelancers ensuring our campaign efforts are budgeted, tracked, coordinated and mapped to expectation and delivery. You have a keen eye for how to create best-in-class Marketing, all while keeping to timelines and budget. 

 

Responsibilities

  •  Lead the go-to-market process and project management for our integrated marketing including but not limited to advertising, owned marketing, and marketing communications used across other teams at Brex. 
  • Partner with design, product, and sales to create processes and structure for cross-functional launches and projects. 
  • Ensure the “marketing rhythm” of creative development, media planning, and other marketing workstreams are aligned and working in tandem to the same goal, launch, and expectation. 
  • Lead the evaluation, onboarding, and production process of agencies, including creative, media, insights, and analytics vendors. 
  • Attend and manage shoots and production schedules at off-site locations for marketing. 
  • Manage budget lines for marketing projects, including forecasting, tactical budget management, and delivery of media. 
  • Manage the overall suite of technology and infrastructure x-functional teams use to manage, communicate and deliver across Marketing. 

 

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing or Production with 5+ specifically in operational management or delivery
    • Bachelor’s degree
  • Digital agency or agile marketing experience 
  • Experience working in complex production environments (on-set, remotely managed, etc.) 
  • Experience and/or certification in agile coaching and methods
  • Experience in evaluating, implementing and owning project management and production tools (I.e. SalesForce, Adobe Suite, Trello, Wrike, etc.)
  • A positive attitude, ability to make order out of chaos and a passion for the field
