The Marketing team tells the Brex story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, PMM, Content, Partnerships, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

 What you’ll do

We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to uplevel and scale our Integration, API, and Accounting Partnerships. This person will work closely with the Business Development and Product team to build and execute against our channel strategy. In your role, you will work with our partners to position us as a trusted authority and aspirational brand for small businesses, and with accountants to sign them as partners and enable them to refer their book of business to Brex. We’re seeking a smart, ambitious, self-starter who can balance strategic thinking with execution. You will have a strong understanding of a B2B buyer’s journey and are familiar with examples of inventive consumer/B2C campaigns. 


  • Develop high impact and creative co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners
  • Enable partners with content and collateral to drive adoption of the Brex products. Build joint value proposition messaging to distribute via emails, webinars, digital assets, partner blog posts, and partner events
  • Communicate the benefits of Brex in a compelling way through owned and partner channels
  • Be able to take complex product integrations and communicate them in a clear, concise, and compelling way to customers
  • Acquire new and activate existing Accountant Partners by -- including but not limited to email marketing campaigns, tailored blog content, email announcement/newsletters, and social channels
  • Work cross-functionally to build and implement campaigns
  • Launch new products and services to partners
  • Dream big and redefine the way we communicate and scale with our partners to build an ecosystem where our customers, partners, and Brex wins

What We Value 

  • 4+ years of relevant partner marketing or product marketing experience
  • Experience in B2B tech with “end-user” angle; Demonstrated success in roles that are partner-facing with understanding of how to drive business through the partner ecosystem
  • Experience designing and building joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners 
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills
  • Highly analytical mindset, with natural curiosity to measure, test, and iterate to get the best results
  • Motivated self-starter, with a bias for action, who thrives in a hyper-growth environment
  • A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision

  • Experience working with technical partnerships 
  • B2B experience in payments or financial services industry
