Engineering at Brex

The Engineering team includes Data, IT, Security, GRC and Software, and is responsible for building innovative products and infrastructure for Brex and our customers. What you’ll do

Brex is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee our Marketing Technology systems and architecture as part of our Business Systems team. You will be responsible for the strategy and development of our marketing automation tools and establish best practices for the governance of our marketing initiatives. You will partner closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and become a force multiplier in Brex’s overall growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical oversight and governance for our Marketing Automation platforms
  • Be the expert on marketing best practices and implement them to improve campaign performance
  • Build and manage integrations with our data warehouse and CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to plan, create, and execute strategic growth initiatives
  • Build robust reporting to track the effectiveness of our marketing programs
  • Provide quality assurance for marketing programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Automation
  • Expertise in Marketo or similar Marketing Automation Software
  • Experience integrating marketing automation platforms to Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Proven track record of partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to execute strategic growth initiatives
