What you’ll do

Brex is looking for a right hand to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to work on strategic organizational projects that span all functions of the Product & Design departments. The successful candidate must possess superior data analysis and written communication skills, be process-oriented with a bias to action, and be highly collaborative. Success in this role is helping scale the organization and the CPO by independently executing on cross-functional projects for the office of the CPO. In turn, the role provides an opportunity to build business acumen through synthesis of data and cross-organizational collaboration, to impact processes across multiple teams, and to articulate solutions to complex problems as a thought partner to the CPO.

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and run the product & design onboarding process 
  • Manage the product & design training program 
  • Collaborate with CPO and other leaders to drive strategic, long-term decisions and ensure progress on priority workstreams 
  • Partner with the CPO and other leaders on career development for the product & design teams
  • Be the bridge between Go-to-Market functions and the product and product marketing teams
  • Lead projects as needed that span across product and business teams 
  • Support with possible M&A or product & design acquihires 
  • Shape the communications between the product, design and go-to-market (GTM) leaders and the rest of the company 
  • Design and maintain systems to coordinate and track internal and external engagements across teams and time zones 

Requirements:

  • Product development or consulting experience in financial services or SaaS services, with a focus on product management/marketing
  • Strong collaboration, problem solving and project management skills 
  • Strong written communication skills 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in data analytics
  • Experience in building new enterprise GTM processes
